Columbia City Ballet is building its founding company of professional and pre-professional dancers for the 2027–2028 season. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning — to help define the artistic identity of a new American ballet company.

Selection Process
How to Apply
Submit Your Materials
Complete the online registration form with your professional headshot, dance CV or resume, and a video reel showcasing your technical and artistic range.
Artistic Review
Our artistic leadership carefully reviews every submission, evaluating technique, artistry, versatility, and alignment with our company vision.
Invitation & Placement
Selected candidates are invited for further evaluation. Final placement decisions are made by the Founding Artistic Directors.
